Tomorrow I head off to Mexico for the biggest competition of the year - the world championships. Starting on the 23rd of May, this six day regatta will see me competing against 150 of the world’s best sailors in identical, supplied boats.

It'll be a massive physical and mental challenge but I'm really looking forward to getting out there and putting all my training to good use.
